DrawMyMap
This is a sample app that I threw together to experiment with how MapKit and PencilKit can talk to each other. I don't plan to spin this off into an app of its own, but I will take what I've learned here to improve apps like Alidade.
Build from source
Required Tools
- Xcode 26 or later (I haven't tested the project against 16.4)
Clone the repository using git clone or gh clone, then open the
DrawMyMap.xcodeproj file in Xcode. Select either the debugging or release
target, choose a device to deploy to, then run the project.
License
I've made this open-source under the MIT License, since this is mostly a throwaway project in and of itself.
