SWDB_2019
This is the repository for the course materials for the 2019 Summer Workshop on the Dynamic Brain.
If you are working on your own computer, you will need to install a prerelease branch of the allensdk into your preferred environment. You can do so in one shot by:
pip install git+https://github.com/alleninstitute/allensdk@swdb_2019 --upgrade
Support Policy
We are releasing this code as part of the 2019 Summer Workshop on the Dynamic Brain and will only be supporting and developing it for the context of this workshop. The community is welcome to submit issues, but you should not expect an active response outside of the context of the course.
