SeqPanther - First release

The initial launch of SeqPanther includes the following functionalities:

• Extracting codon distribution from a bam file by utilizing a reference genome and the non-fragmented CDS annotated region in a GFF file.
• Determining nucleotide distribution from a bam file using a reference genome and the non-fragmented CDS annotated region in a GFF file.
• Analyzing amino acid distribution from a bam file with the help of a reference genome and the non-fragmented CDS annotated region in a GFF file.
• Incorporating alternative nucleotides to generate genome assemblies tailored to specific samples.
