Major changes in v1.1:

• Extension of GORILLA's computation domain to the open field line region (i.e. the scrape-off layer)
• Added example of guiding-center orbits in the open field line region for WEST geometry
• Added Python tutorial for plotting
• Support of build with cmake
• Added unit testing with pFUnit and code coverage
• Minor revision of paper draft for JOSS
