Install
-------

Requires Python 3.7 or greater.

.. code:: sh

    pip install amypet

For certain functionality (image trimming & resampling, DICOM to NIfTI converters) it may be required to also `pip install nimpa`.


Usage
-----

    amypet-cli --help  # CLI version
