Short changelog:

• scenario sample size changed to 10% (before: 25%)
• matsim version updated to version 2025.0-PR3515
• counts file was formatted, such that car + freight counts are now in 1 single file
• pt pricing is realized with the simplified fare system of VVO + Deutschlandtarif
• added run class for pt policy case
• added run class for drt policy case
• added run class for speed reduction policy case
• added run class for single mode policy case(s)
• small scale commercial traffic is added to traffic demand
• emission analysis is added as standard analysis output
