Strisoressyrinxproject

Code, data, and phylogenetic tree for a project on the morphology and evolution of the syrinx in Strisores, as published in Legendre et al. (2024).

This project includes: - 'ScriptStrisores.Rmd': R script for the project, in Markdown format - 'ScriptStrisores.html': R script for the project, in HTML format - 'notes-filtered20211202.csv': dataset of acoustic parameters extracted from recordings on xeno-canto using R package 'bioacoustics' (see Main Text for more information), in CSV format - 'Datasetsyrinxstrisores.txt': dataset of morphological traits measured on specimens sampled for this study (see Main Text and Tables S1, S2 for more information), in TXT format - 'Treestrisores.trees.nex': phylogenetic tree for 'Datasetsyrinxstrisores.txt', in NEXUS format
