SPECFEM_utils

About

This repo contains scripts for running SPECFEM3D_GLOBE on a few different HPC machines. It automatically works out which version of SPECFEM3D_GLOBE you're using, and on what machine, and creates job scripts and Par_files accordingly.

I has mostly been used on ARCHER.

Default values

The scripts allow for the setting of default values for some things like your email address and budget code on the ARCHER machine. Set these in the defaults file.
