ds-reify - Release 0.1

What's Changed

Since its initial creation, Distributed-Something has had major changes including: - Documentation improvements in #4, #10, #12, #22, #32, #33
- Addition of setup_AWS.py to automate AWS infrastructure setup in #28 - Addition of optional auto-monitor in #27 - Addition of auto-dashboard creation in #14, #21 - Addition of auto-Deadletter queue creation in #14 - Improved handling of AWS credentials in #1, #13

Minor changes including: - Printing monitor file name at the end of startCluster in #6 - Monitor prints more information about spot fleet metrics in #22

And bug fixes including: - Send values, not keys, to the metadataID in #17
