New chapters

The book includes new chapters going into the details of various aspects presented in the 'General principles' chapter:

Minor changes

  • The blueprints are now presented as an online book with various chapters. It includes a preface clarifying the audience and objectives.
  • The blueprints are now properly citeable with a CITATION.cff file and a DOI
  • Links to Epiverse-TRACE blog posts and slidedecks with more details and practical considerations have been added throughout the text
  • Illustrations have been added in various chapters
  • The book now uses the Epiverse-TRACE theme and colour palette

Development process

  • A number of additions have been discussed in wider meetings with the development team, which lead to the addition of new authors
  • Continuous integration & continuous development workflows have been set up
