hdrl-internship-2024 - Version 1.0.0

This release contains the culmination of my work as a HDRL intern for NASA GSFC. Included in the project is a way to analyze the NASA SPASE records in terms of FAIR principles as well as a data availability check for HAPI links found in those SPASE records.
