Rlv3841 contig-based SNP identification
Contig mapping and SNP identification against Rlv3841 NCBI genome
- Place contig files in fasta format in contigs folder
- Run workflow.sh, this will produce alignment files and SNP files which will be cleaned up.
- Produces SNP_table.tsv with first column as metadata: {sequence name}-{genome part}
