PyView - Tutorial + Usability Improvements based on JOSS reviews

• A tutorial has been added to the wiki, which provides a quick introduction to the philosophy of PyView along with a hand-on guide to the major features of PyView.
• Synthetic data can now be loaded in the GUI using the "Direct Load" option
• A few minor bugs fixed

PyView - Migration to Python 3.10

Major changes: - conda .ENV files revised to use python 3.10 - minor bug fixes to allow compatibility with python 3.10 and on apple silicon

Tested to work on M2 Mac, Linux and Windows 10 with conda 22.9.0
