This is the repository for the UW Physics Masters Degree Capstone

High-Performance Computing Techniques in Theoretical Physics

Inside Basics Directory:

  • LibTest: Testing c++ Libraries for CUDA / Threads / MPI / fft3 / BLAS / LAPACK / SCALAPACK etc
  • BLAS: Linear Algebra implementations of Matrix multiplication and Solvers and comparison with BLAS and LAPACK.
  • Errors: Comparisons in Error and execution time.
  • CUDA: Test implementations of linear algebra in Nvidia GPUs
  • FFT: Implementations of Fourier Transforms and tests with FFTW
  • PBLAS: Implementation of Linear Algebra with SCALAPACK
  • Python: Other test implementations using python.
