brainsurfer - Redesign and large update
Lots of updates! Rewritten to work in the MATLAB app framework.
- Redesigned GUI that resizes in a way that preserves button layouts (so you will no longer find buttons disappearing on lower resolutions)
- Improved patching speed
- Support for additional file types
- Support for atlases
- Interactive data tips
- Projecting volume data onto the fs_LR template
- Projecting surface data in fsaverage to fsLR and fsLR to fsaverage
- Various new GUI functions (e.g., cluster editing based on data tips, operations over maps, histograms for loaded data, importing colors from annot and cifit files, randomizing colors, converting thresholded data to atlases, saving files in any new colormap editor, saving files, saving GUI states, etc)
