This includes code to rerun analysis associated with our paper Transcript accuumulation rates in the early Caenorhabditis elegans embryo
Available analysis include: - Accumulation rate estimation from Tintori and Packer single cell RNA-seq data in C. elegans embryonic cells - TSS prioritization using previous annotations from Chen et al, Saito et al and Kruesi et al - Gene structure (chromosone location, gene length, intron number, length, outron vs. not (from Saito) and isoform) comparisons across gene categories - Karyogram and motif plotting - Half life predictions from Hashimshony et al. data
