irs990efile - Package stable release v.1.0.0

First stable release of the full package. Updates include:

• The package is now able to build all tables in the database, including 1:M tables
• Functions for retrieving the most up-to-date index file from the Data Commons
• Functions to map RDB table structures
• Improved logging to track XML parsing anomalies and catalog missing xpaths
• Improved table headers with more consistent formats and flags useful for removing duplicate returns
