Analysis repository for Taniguchi et al. 2021, AJ, 162, 111
Overview
This repository contains Jupyter notebooks (notes/*) and a Python package (taniguchi_2021_analysis).
It does not contain any observed datasets; please contact the corresponding author to get them.
Users can rerun the notebooks by a Jupyter notebook environment and dependencies described in pyproject.toml.
The following describes how to setup a standalone environment by VS Code and Docker.
- Install VS Code and Docker Desktop, and launch them
- Install the Remote Containers extension to VS Code
- Clone this repository
- Put datasets (*.nc) in
./data - Open the repository by VS Code
- Choose
