AIDAdb

1. preclinical research database for data acquisistion, management and documentation

2. database to browse through the ontology of the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas labels. Simplifies the search for specific region numbers and lists the related parental and child regions

PART 1 - Research database

To use the database, create an account [here][2]. Find detailed information about the included features and how to use them in our [paper][3] and this [video tutorial][4]. Use the Import archive function to load the template [file][8].
