enigma_anonymization_lite - Version 1.0.0

Easy to use wrapper code for mne-bids, mne, and pandas to generate a BIDS dataset from a CSV file. This also generates the defacing / anonymization using mne and freesurfer mri_deface tools. Output QA images are generated from the 3D rendered coregistration.
