3d-2pt -

First full release of the 3D-2PT source code including a test system and examples execution scripts in BASH.

Requirements: - FFTW library (version 3.0 or higher, www.fftw.org) compiled in single precision

Recommended: - functioning GNU make for simple compilation - GROMACS (2018.1 or higher, http://www.gromacs.org/) - VMD (Visual Molecular Dynamics, version 1.9.3 or higher, http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd)
