cell-analysis-tools - Thresholding (by sum or peak) in SPCImage is now supported

SPCImage exports zeros for all lifetime endpoints of pixels that are removed from analysis by thresholding (due to low photon count). These zero pixels previously skewed the ROI averages if they were included in the ROI mask. In this release zero pixels are masked out of the SPCImage exported .asc files before being passed to "regionprops_omi".
