tng_rps - TNG Jellyfish acceptance

With this release, the repository contains all codes related to Rohr et al. (2023; https://arxiv.org/abs/2304.09196). Theoretically, one can run all scripts starting with the publicly available IllustrisTNG data, although some portions of it should only be run on the MPCDF large computing nodes.
