valley-centerline - Version 0.0.0

Initial release. Input features must be specified by changing strings within valley-centerline.py.

Future ideas:

• Implement argparse
• Remove wording about 'valleys', since this program can be applied to find the centerline between any two linear features, not just valley walls
• Expand readme
• Improve readability of code
