Analysis code for Establishing a baseline for human cortical folding morphological variables: a multicenter study
Description of the procedures and analysis present in de Moraes et al., in submission - Establishing a baseline for human cortical folding morphological variables: a multicenter study. This manuscript was also included as Manuscript 2 at the Doctorate Thesis presented to the Programa de Ps-Graduao em Cincia Mdicas at the Instituto DOr de Pesquisa e Ensino as a partial requirement to obtain the Doctorate Degree.
The part of the data used here cannot be shared due to restrictions of the Ethics Committee approval. Data can be shared upon reasonable request to the corresponding author. We will generate random data to simulate the results to fulfill these limitations. The data used at the Supplementary Information are processed data from AHEAD and AOMIC (PIOP1 and PIOP2) (uploaded at https://zenodo.org/record/5750619).
