BLM

Molecular dynamics study for the interaction between BLM-DNA in Blooms syndrom

Modeller used to fill in the missing residues

We used 4O3M and DNA strands in the structure (without both Ca, ADP).

We used FUse CHARMM General Force Field to generate CHARMM top & par files (using ParamChem service) for ADP

We modelled missing residues: - PROA 799 - 807 - PROA 1011 - 1013 - PROA 1069 - 1071 - PROA 1093 - 1104 - PROA 1195 - 1206 - PROA 1292 - 1298 This is C-terminal missing residues.

We use CHARMM36m for the system with WYF parameter for cation-pi interactions
