leem-analysis - LEEM-analysis 0.2.1 including stitching code

This release includes some general cleanup and restructuring of code, and the addition of the stitching code to stitch LEEM images together in a consistent/scientific way.

This code was used in different forms to analyse the data for the paper de Jong et al., Imaging moiré deformation and dynamics in twisted bilayer graphene, arxiv:2107.14716

This updated release is pre-final, in that the only part to be updated is the data download part, pending the upload at 4TU.ResearchData. All notebooks are ready for use.

leem-analysis - Pre-release

Pre-release with the purpose of getting all archiving processes on the rails. Most code is in an almost ready state, but most notably the download code is still missing as this needs to be tested against the repository once the data is in its final place.
