New major release of PathIntegrate including unsupervised functionality provided by @judepops

• Fully scikit-learn enabled
• Pathway-based clustering (e.g. KMeans, etc)
• Pathway-based dimensionality reduction (e.g. PCA and tSNE, etc)
• New plotting functions to explore the data in the pathway space
