spikefinder_analysis

Analysis code for obtaining the results of the spikefinder challenge.

The challenge was running between November 1st, 2016 and May 4th, 2017 organized by Philipp Berens, Jeremy Freeman and Matthias Bethge with support from Lucas Theis, Andreas Tolias and Thomas Euler and their labs.

Results are available as a Jupyter notebook and described in Berens et al. (2017) on bioRxiv.

The award was donated by Zeiss AG.
