# Type-specific dendritic integration in mouse retinal ganglion cells

This repo contained computed data and scripts for Ran, et al. (2020).

IPython Notebook in the repo root are for reproducing figues in the main text and supplementary.

Folder `data` included all computed data. Raw data are available at [https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3708064](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3708064). 

Folder `scripts` included code for data processing, analysis and plotting. See `scripts/README.md` for more information.
