PREDAsam

Description

PREDAsam is a modified version of R/Bioconductor package PREDA by F. Ferrari et al. with the SAM statistics re-enabled.

This version is based in PREDA version 1.30.0 and has an additional dependency in CRAN samr package.

IMPORTANT: This package version was created to be used in a specific project with legacy code. It is NOT recommended for general use. Please use the original authors PREDA package instead.
