Fix plotting of aperture: the plotted aperture were double the size of the actual aperture ans matplotlib Ellipse uses diameters as parameters. Re-introduction of changing workdir: the working directory can be set as an environmental variable for easy change.

HostPhot - Official Release

This version includes all the available filters for PS1 (grizy), DES (griszY) and SDSS (ugriz). The image coadd is now performed with the reproject package. The foreground stars masking was also updated to produce better results.
