ToxicoGx

A R package in-progress. Goal is to analyze the toxicity of drugs across large-scale toxicogenomic datasets.

To get all tSets (Human DNA, Human LDH, Rat DNA, Rat LDH), run ModularizedpipelineTG.R. Data from data folder is required. esets and other required files are available on OneDrive link - https://bit.ly/2SN95yp The current TSets are run on the most updated Brainarray CDF file - V24, Ensembl V99. However the recent files have to be downloaded from https://bit.ly/3do136Y for CDF file.
