Bacillota bacteriocins database
A dedicated in-house database of Bacillota’s bacteriocins specifically designed for enterococci.
This database includes 76 Bacillota’s bacteriocins - 217 bacteriocin sequences; 40 new bacteriocins named “bacASX” except for bacteriocin AS48 (bacAS48), which has been previously described.
