usage: runcmd.py [-h] [-k KEY] [-l] [-i I] [-u USERNAME] file command
Run a command on some instances
positional arguments:
file file listing instance hostnames
command quoted command to run on each instance
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-k KEY, --key KEY full path to private key [default ~/.ec2/bioc-
default.pem]
-l, --local run command locally, command is parsed for %s
-i I
-u USERNAME, --username USERNAME
username to log in as [default ubuntu]
