This repository contains the corpus data and grammaticality judgement results underlying our paper on *ka*- and -*a* passives in Balinese. In addition, it includes R code file documenting steps for our statistical analyses and visualisation output. # Erratum

I (GPWR, the second author) would like to openly acknowledge, and offer an apology for, an error in Figure 7 of the [published manuscript](https://www.degruyterbrill.com/document/doi/10.1515/lingvan-2023-0122/html), **but not in the result of the statistical test** for the visualised data. In the [original code lines for the creation of Figure 7](https://github.com/cirhss/balinese-passive/blob/a2f482b1c9c705242b31d5b3b05ebba0f67eddbf/analysis.r#L738-L769), I missed one line of code (should be [before this line](https://github.com/cirhss/balinese-passive/blob/a2f482b1c9c705242b31d5b3b05ebba0f67eddbf/analysis.r#L740)) to filter the grammaticality data points for adverb of intention (§5.2.5 in the published paper).

The statistical (significance) tests (see the code lines [here](https://github.com/cirhss/balinese-passive/blob/a2f482b1c9c705242b31d5b3b05ebba0f67eddbf/analysis.r#L730-L736)) already include the filtering to the data point tested for the adverb of intention *nyelap* ([this line](https://github.com/cirhss/balinese-passive/blob/a2f482b1c9c705242b31d5b3b05ebba0f67eddbf/analysis.r#L734)). Therefore, the statistical result for this intentionality dimension still holds.

The correct Figure 7, after including [this missing line of code](https://github.com/cirhss/balinese-passive/commit/9164468070a4c528c20a54d7e9762369c593da1e#r155304231) in [the revised plotting code](https://github.com/cirhss/balinese-passive/blob/9164468070a4c528c20a54d7e9762369c593da1e/analysis.r#L738-L770), is shown below.
