Hippocampus Workshop

Create a Collab

  • Go to https://wiki.ebrains.eu/bin/view/Main/ and login
  • Click on Collabs -> Create a collab
  • Add the required information and click Create collab

Clone repository

  • Go to your collab
  • In the left panel click on Drive
  • Grant access to Collaboratory Drive if requested
  • In the left panel click on Lab
  • Grant access to Collaboratory 2.0 Jupyterhub if requested
  • Select Lab Execution Site Fenix CH - Swiss National Supercomputing Center (CSCS)
  • Select the recommended Official EBRAINS Docker image 22.02 for Collaboratory.Lab and click Start
  • Inside the JupyterLab instance, click on Git tab and Clone a Repository
  • Paste https://github.com/BlueBrain/hippocampus-workshop.git and click Clone.
  • Access the cloned notebooks by opening the folder hippocampus-workshop in the left panel

Install dependencies

Before running the exercise notebooks we need to install some dependencies using the init.ipynb notebook.
