how to run the code in Final

  1. download "Final" folder to your computer
  2. set your working directory to "Final"
  3. under the folder "Final" create a folder call "data"
  4. under "data" create a folder called "ExRx" and a folder called "salt"
  5. download both the ExRx dataset and the salt controversy dataset
  6. put the files into "ExRx" and "salt" respectively
  7. Rstudio should remind you to install all dependencies. You can also source "Finalfunctions.R." If you want to install the dependencies mannually, check the top of Finalfunction.R.
  8. run the code
