PhD thesis Bart Mesuere
This repository contains the source files of my PhD thesis. A pdf version of the result can be found at here.
You can site this manuscript as follows:
Mesuere, Bart. Unipept: computational exploration of metaproteome data. Diss. Ghent University, 2016.
This thesis was written entirely in markdown. To construct the pdf, the markdown is first converted to html using pandoc and then converted to a pdf using prince. This allows for flexible styling using css.
