sgm_schema - Release v1.1.0

Replace explicit prediction text columns and distinct score to text functions with lookup table.

• Lookup table 'predictions' to hold ranges for prediction methods and helper function prediction_text()
• Refactor syngap columns that have data from MD simulations into separate 'syngap_sa' table
