SEA-RABV_genSurv
This repo contains the code, sequence data, metadata, and other files related to the project:
Genomic surveillance of RABV in southeast Asia
MSc Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases
Institute of Biodiversity, Animal Health, and Comparative Medicine
University of Glasgow College of Medical, Veterinary, and Life Sciences
The code is used with inputted sequence alignments and metadata from the RABV GLUE database.
It is currently being uploaded to publicly include all of this information.
