Tools for the analysis of intracranial SEEG data from EBRAINS

Jupyter notebooks for the analysis of task-related iEEG data from the Human Intracranial Database (HID) of EBRAINS using information theoretical measures and task-related functional connectivity implemented in the Frites Python toolbox.

The repository contains scripts for loading, preprocessing and analyzing task-related iEEG data of the HID present on EBRAINS.

It also contains Matlab code for Shape Mediation Analysis based on this preprint https://biorxiv.org/cgi/content/short/2023.09.21.558808v1

The HID dataset is on the EBRAINS Data and Knowledge service and there are 3 cohorts for a total of N=70 https://kg.ebrains.eu/search/instances/Dataset/02423f5246192a2844e05ad0434490e0

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Framework Programme for Research and Innovation under the Specific Grant Agreement No. 945539 (Human Brain Project SGA3).
