cromwhelm

Tentative first steps into the world of helm charts

Warning:

  • Do NOT commit anything secret or personal to this repository!
  • Be prepared for us to delete this repository imminently, it's really just here as a useful collaboration medium while we're iterating on the early helm charts.

Charts

coa-helm:

Chart for deploying Cromwell as an App on Azure and uses the Composite Batch Analysis Service (C-BAS) as web interface.

cromwell-helm:

Chart for deploying Cromwell as an App on GCP and uses the Composite Batch Analysis Service (C-BAS) as web interface.

CromwellPostgresMinikube:

Contains Cromwell, Postgres pods. Runs a local backend. Works on minikube.

CromwellPostgresMinikube:

Contains Cromwell, Postgres pods. Runs against the PAPI backend. Works on minikube.
