• Add pre-match and post-match balance check for both PSM and CEM.
• Add 'use_weight' option in 'ate()' function to allow CEM use WLS.
• Add 'hte()' function which compute single learner uplift based on matching data.
• Include two more notebook to show how to combine matching with DID and uplift
