CADET-MCMC
A MATLAB package for Markov Chain Monte Carlo and other algorithms to analyze chromatography data using Bayesian inference.
- Case studies are presented in the
examplesfolder. - The data analyzed in the examples is stored in the
datasetfolder. The data is provided by Fraunhofer IME (Germany), please see the corresponding license and copyright notice in the folder. - In order to use the package, CADET-Core is required.
This package is freely available under the terms of the GPLv3 license.
