mapmetadata - v4.0.0

Thanks to the brilliant reviewer comments via the rOpenSci software review (https://github.com/ropensci/software-review/issues/674), this 4.0.0 release makes some major improvements to the clarity and functionality of the package.

Many of these changes relate to making the package easier to use, as there is a heavy dependence on user interaction, improving validation and testing, and complying with R package best practices.

We now account for dependencies between tables, meaning categorisations you make for one table are copied over to another table, saving time and ensuring consistency of categorisations. There is also more error catching, making it less likely that an error from a user prompt will crash the code or make it into the saved output files.
