SAVvy
SAVvy is a web-based visualisation tool designed to streamline the interpretation of splice-altering variants (SAVs). Built on the foundation of SpliceVarDB, SAVvy applies the splicing requirements and splice disruption heuristics from the publication “Data-driven insights to inform splice-altering variant assessment".
