Overview

Code Repository for the CDC (Proof-of-Concept) Ingest FHIR solution

Content

/source - FHIR-Facade - ASP.net source code. The purpose of this FHIR Facade is ingestion and storage of FHIR data with additional features for authentication, authorization, and observability.

/spikes - CDC.DEX.FHIR.Logic - Testing the workflow and RBAC required to flow data from FHIR Server to EDAV Data Lake (mockup). - Connectathon33 - Information about Connectathon 33 - Connectathon34 - Information about Connectathon 34 - FHIR Facade ADR research - Contains the research done for FHIR Facade - source-azure-archive - CDC.DEX.FHIR.Functions - DEX FHIR, Azure build, consists of three .NET Function Applications: Processs Message, Data Export, and Data Purge and other used Azure resources: Azure Health Data Services (FHIR Service), Azure Message Bus, and Microsoft open sourced .NET function. - FHIR.Server.IG.Loader - Load HL7 IG validation profiles into FHIR server instance. - SyntheaCreatLargeFiles - Use Synthea to create large Bundles of different sizes for testing purposes.
