Overview

This repository contains code required to reproduce results from the following paper:

SE Morris*, CM Zipfel*, K Peer, ZJ Madewell, S Brenner, S Garg, P Paul, RB Slayton, M Biggerstaff. Modeling the impacts of antiviral prophylaxis strategies in mitigating seasonal influenza outbreaks in nursing homes. Clinical Infectious Diseases 2023; DOI 10.1093/cid/ciad764.

Quick-start guide

Scripts to reproduce each figure are located in rscripts/.

Equations and parameters for the baseline model are given in rscripts/eqns.R and rscripts/parameters.R, respectively.
