## Overview This repository contains code required to reproduce results from the following paper: SE Morris\*, SM Mathis\*, E Reeves, JR Chung, RK Borchering, NM Lewis, S Masalovich, S Garg, TM Uyeki, AD Iuliano, MW Tenforde, C Reed, M Biggerstaff. *Modeling the potential impacts of outpatient antiviral treatment in reducing influenza-associated hospitalizations in the United States*.
